Happy Half Birthday Colton!!

Colton just turned 6 months and is such a handsome little man. He doesn't roll or crawl just yet but he's sitting like a champ. I think his pudgy belly helps him sit up well.

Colton is teething and care be quite the bear at times but overall, he's dealing with the discomfort well. I was really hoping that he would wait until after his first birthday to get his teeth but no such luck. We may just have to get him a mouth guard to keep those sharp little teeth from biting mommy!! Ouch!!

Shelbie started softball this month and doing very well. She's making new friends and she's out enjoying the fresh (windy) air!!

Colton started eating bananas and avocados a couple weeks ago and he loves them.

We make quite the mess but then we clean him up with a bubble bath.

Welcoming Colton Rodney!

Colton was born 3 weeks early on September 17th, 2009.

8 pounds 6 ounces, 20.5 inches long

Poor little man had a rough journey, the doctor had to use a vacuum to

get him out and Colton ended up with quite the sore on his head.

Two days after we were released we had to be readmitted to fight Colton's jaundice. After 5 days of being in the hospital, Colton and I finally got to come home, again.

29 Weeks, only 11 more to go!!

We're 29 weeks and getting uncomfortable.

If I am this uncomfortable, I can only imagine how uncomfortable he is.

The heat (110+ degrees) is starting to take it's toll,

my feet look like Hamhocks, just ask Grant!!

Where'd my belly button go?

Here's the belly at 25 weeks.

I took the Glucose test today for Gestational Diabetes and I passed, bring on the sweets!!

25 Weeks, only 15 more to go.

Well, we've hit the 6 month mark and it's very obvious that our little one is rapidly growing.

We weren't going to find out the gender of the baby but the Dr. accidentally showed us at the 20 week appointment, so we figured we might as well confirm it and let everyone know, it's blue!! This pisture is of Colton's face, it's really hard to tell what's what.

With Grant and I both having big feet the poor baby doesn't stand a chance.

Week 21

We're 21 weeks along now and growing well. The baby is 1 lb and 1 ounce, which is about a week ahead of schedule. Looks like baby is going to be a big one.

The pictures aren't very good but that's baby's face on the bottom and a picture of the healthy spine on the top.

18 Weeks

We're now 18 weeks and growing rapidly!!

Baby is healthy and is about 5 inches long.

The Clouse's New House

We bought our first home and are getting settled in.

There's a lot of work to do but we're looking forward to

making the home ours with our hard work and sweat!!

17 Week Appointment
